With My Psychological Wellness, you will be offered a safe, empathic, non-judgmental, confidential space to explore your feelings.  A client-therapist relationship has the potential to create an empowering and life-changing environment for self-discovery.  Having the opportunity to speak is sometimes all that is needed. 

My approach stems from Cognitive Behavioural  Therapy, however, I do utilise a person-centered approach too, and I have experience working with a range of age groups and issues. Through this process, you will be able to gain confidence and support to overcome your challenges in order to achieve good health and balance in all aspects of your life.
