What can I expect from working with you?
My work is informed by psychological science (how our thoughts, emotions, experiences and relationships shape the way we feel and behave).

I use the term psychologist to reflect my academic training and grounding in psychological theory and research.

My approach brings together:

-
A warm, supportive therapeutic relationship
-
A strong understanding of psychological theory and evidence-based approaches
-
Careful attention to patterns, meaning, and emotional processes
-
Work that is tailored to you as a whole person, not a diagnosis
-
I do not work as a clinical or practitioner psychologist, and I do not offer diagnosis. Instead, I offer psychology-informed therapy, grounded in research and reflective practice.

The most important part of therapy is the relationship between your therapist and you. I will leave you feeling:

-
Heard
-
Understood
-
Safe
-
Respected
-
If you’re unsure whether I’m the right fit for you, I’m always happy to talk things through and help you decide what kind of support feels right.
